We have worked with our client, Carpet One Floor & Home for over a decade in producing the look and feel and content for their semi-annual member conventions. From opening videos to post-convention highlight communications we have shaped the look, feel and content of corporate’s messaging and engagement with member retailers. In this particular example of convention messaging, we shot and produced an entire series of 20 video segments that acted as a guide through the three-day experience.
The client wanted to show how Carpet One touches consumers at every step of the customer journey, so the customer journey became the road map for the entire convention.
