Our design process is just that, a process. Great designs that perfectly convey your message evolve as we work through key messaging and design concepts. We’re not going to throw four designs at you and expect you to choose one. Sometimes we do hit a home run the first time at-bat, but most times, we find creating a design that is effective and loved by our clients is more of a collaboration. Your feedback on designs is always welcome and often our clients’ feedback turns great design into something spectacular.
We’re also not going to use ten different fonts in one piece just because our clients want variety. We’ll take the time to explain why we feel something won’t work. We stand behind our designs and are proud of each and every piece we complete. Our clients are always happy with the results because we take the time to listen and get it right.
We’re classically trained in graphic design AND communications. That means the rigorous process that we put every design through is based on a communication metric more than pure aesthetic. Fine artists create beautiful work that just has to be beautiful. Graphic designers, however, have the added requirement of creating stunning visual designs that communicate a specific message. Our work and process always focus on hierarchy, message and visual balance. Design is our passion…and doing thoughtful, effective design, even if it’s just a business card or banner ad, is what keeps us excited to turn on the computer every morning.
